8.2 Please note that all Third Party recruitment agencies have agreed to our Terms and Conditions and should they be found to be in breach of the Terms and Conditions, they will be prevented from using our services.


9. Price & Payment of BSL (ITP) Training Course

9.1 The cost of the BSL Training Course is payable by the Candidate upon ordering the course.

9.2 It is the responsibility of the Candidate to study, comprehend and implement the contents of the course at their own discretion.

9.3 Course study support is available at the trainers specified time periods

10. Legal Advice

10.1 Bentley Smith Legal will outsource many of the legal cases to third party advisers. Bentley Smith Legal will not be responsible or liable as a result of any issues or disputes which arise whilst dealing with the third party advisers.
