The Institute of Paralegals are the oldest not-for-profit incorporated professional body for paralegals in the United Kingdom. They are the only body representing professional paralegals to have been granted Institute status by the UK government.

The “ITP” course provides you with the appropriate skills to work as a paralegal. The course is suitable for individuals who wish to pursue a career in the field as for those who are already working as legal secretaries and paralegals and want to upgrade their credentials.

It is developed by representatives from the industry who come from legal backgrounds, from solicitors to legal executives who have experience working in the city, and are members of the Institute of Paralegals. The course ensures that the skills you will acquire after the completion are relevant and current. The in-depth and interactive course is easy to follow and covers a wide range of topics such as the English Legal System, Litigation, Interviewing Clients and Police Powers to name a few.

We believe that it is beneficial for a paralegal to be equipped with other skills rather than just legal. Working in a law firm doesn’t simply involve advising clients. A law firm is a business. As well as providing clients with the best advice possible, emphasis is also placed on bringing in new clients in order to expand the firm and make the business profitable. This involves ‘Sales Techniques.’ We have therefore added a ‘sales module’ in our course to give our candidates that extra boost when starting work in the field of law.

At the end of this course, our candidates are given a certificate of completion.
